The work environment at En Masse is the most well-designed work space I have ever encountered, and I have logged 3+ decades working in “world-class” facilities at three different Fortune 100 companies. The idea of working at En Masse was a factor in accepting the role I was offered! No detail has been overlooked and the location in downtown Morristown is a huge plus. The other members are respectful and courteous, the office managers are helpful and welcoming, and the coffee is so good I ordered some to drink at home.
